Ok, so Japanese comedian Tomonori Jinnai decides to take a quick break (on-air) to relax and play a few quick rounds of Tetris. But, this ain’t the game I remember … Green soybean?

Some rather creative folks have started using teleport hacks to beam sacrificial level 1 gnomes to great heights and crater on impact to form words. It’s a new form of spamvertizing (gnomevertising?) that seems to go beyond the private message spam that many WoW players are accustomed to seeing.

I’m not sure if I should be annoyed or intrigued. I mean, the creativity of it is just so humorous, yet, I can’t help but dislike any kind of advertising spam

Of course, it’s standard fare to up and build something in any Sim-type game that just causes mayhem and destruction. What would SimCity be without monsters and other disasters? Roller Coaster Tycoon is no exception, of course.

If you’re a sensitive viewer, please do not watch the following video. By sensitive, I mean, have no sense of humour at all.

But, the addition of the free balloons to the killing-fest is just icing on the cake.

Rakka, over at Aeropause, posted up a great, great response to a post “THE 10 MANLIEST VIDEO GAMES OF ALL TIME” that went around the ‘net yesterday.

I think it’s briliant, especially in this day and age when the industry is really trying to figure out how to reach out to the fairer sex instead of staying in a niche on the testosterone side of the fence.

Game Revolution has posted up what they consider to be the top 50 worst video game names of all time. The bottom 10 or so are a really reaching, but it’s still a funny list. Included: Yo! Noid. Which may also be one of the worst games of all time, too.

Ah, the laughing stock of the game development world. How easy it has become to make fun of the never-ending wait to see the next Duke Nukem game. I wonder what has happened since the original announcement. If only there was an easy way to find out.

Wow, another Mario title? Ya, it’s stale, but this time it actually has to do with Mario. I have no idea where this came from, but it’s the Big M doing some funny, well-known impressions of movies and making fun of Sony. Wow, I never knew he had such a foul mouth, too.
